Tonya L. Pick is the Director of Research Operations for Pick Research Solutions, Inc.  She holds a BS in market research from Juniata College and a degree in international market research from Hull University in Hull, England.

Tonya works directly with Clients to ensure successful projects - from start to finish.  She provides project management and moderating services, as well as overseeing staff members on a daily basis.

Tonya has worked in the healthcare field for over 32 years and has moderated over 3500 interviews.  She has trained staff members to become quality project managers, recruiters and researchers.

Tonya enjoys creating partnerships with Clients to help find solutions to their marketing research needs - whether providing input regarding an RFP or providing services, she's happy to be part of your team.

Tonya is a first degree black belt in the World Tang Soo Do Association, and a certified corner judge.

Tonya is a volunteer at the Centre County PAWS and has yet to find a cat she doesn't like.
